Landfall work requires connecting the incoming pipeline from offshore to the onshore pipeline.

Two methods are available: (i) Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) which involves drilling a hole through the landfall and, (ii) Cofferdam construction with dredging and sheet pile works.
