All to do with subsea production. If you have a subsea wellhead it is controlled by an umbilical cable linking the wellhead and the control room. The umbilical cable also usually contains tubes to enable chemicals to be injected into the wellhead (namely to control and enable chemical delivery). The flowline is where the hydrocarbon product flows from the wellhead to the platform or shore and the rise is where the flowline goes up a jacket or up to a floating production platform, namely where the flowline goes vertically upwards to the surface of the sea
