TGS has been providing best-in-class multi-client data and services to successful E&P companies for over a quarter century. their geophysical and geological data products are distributed around the globe and include one of the youngest and best targeted multi-client seismic libraries, extensive magnetic and gravity data, the industry’s largest global database of digital well logs, and regional interpretive products. They also provide high-end depth imaging services to help resolve complex seismic imaging problems. The TGS well log database presently contains more than five million well logs from key exploration areas in 21 countries worldwide. Their 2D and 3D seismic library is one of the most diverse in the marketplace.TGS have carried out extensive surveying of the Eastern Med area so that any company that is interested to carry out oil and gas exploration activities could view the data available at TGS for a fee and then purchase any data of interest

An agreement regarding use of terminals, such as where a company for instance locks up an LNG’s terminal’s entire import capacity or shares capacity with third parties. Some of the basics of terminal use agreements for LNG include agreement regarding vessel berthing and unloading, LNG storage, regasification of LNG, transportation to redelivery point (with gas redelivery on a commingled stream basis). Some key TUA issues include: Scheduling of vessel berthing and gas offtake, especially if owner is also a terminal user, inventory management (including effects of using larger vessels), Commingled quality, remedies for owner’s failure to provide services, use it or lose it enforcement and secondary trading > > >

LNG maximum volume to be unloaded and vaporized on a given terminal, expressed in TWh/year or TWh/month over a given period, under the conditions described in a terminal access contract. The reservation of this access capacity includes the providing of the following services: reception of the tankers sent by the shipper at the terminal’s berth; unloading of cargoes; storage of unloaded LNG; vaporization of unloaded LNG; send-out of vaporized LNG.

The platform is permanently moored by means of tethers or tendons grouped at each of the structure’s corners. A group of tethers is called a tension leg. As with the Seastar platform, these legs allow for significant side to side movement (up to 20 feet), with little vertical movement. Tension leg platforms can operate as deep as 7,000 feet but are best in water depths less than 5,000 ft because of their tendon design. The TLP is relatively successful at minimizing heave, pitch, and roll. However, the TLP is a relatively shallow draft structure that is expensive and limited to moderate water depths and it is virtually immobile once it has been installed. >

A survey run in cased holes to locate the top of the cement in the annulus. Since cement generates a considerable amount of heat when setting, a temperature increase will be found at the level where cement is found behind the casing
