The decisions of the Infrastructure Coordination Committee regarding disputes and interim decisions, with respect to section 6 of the Contempt of Court Ordinance and enforcement of monetary debts by the Enforcement and Collection Authority, shall be regarded as a ruling or interim injunction by a Magistrate’s Court.
