The ESCOS plan the energy saving program for the buildings, provide the financing for the equipment required, install the equipment and operate for a set time determined a priori. The client does not have to invest anything and the ESCO receives his ROI from the profits made on the energy saving

Measures taken by suppliers and users of energy to limit wastage of energy. Such measures may be passive (e.g. insulation); active (e.g. utilization of waste heat or gas that would otherwise be flared); or organizational.

There are 3 possible routes: via the Cape of Good Hope, via the Suez Canal and via the Katza Ashkelon-Eilat pipeline (reverse flow project)
